Work, Life, Balance and the Working Mother

I am always struggling to try to find balance in my life.  I am a mother, working full time and going to school.  This can be extremely stressful as many of you are aware.  There are many ways I try to find balance in my life although not always successful.  Most of the time look back and say "Where they heck do the day, week and month go?"
A few things I try to do to combat stress are:
1)    Exercise
2)    Get enough rest
3)    Eat properly (which is easier said than done)
4)    Take time for myself
I don’t know if anyone watches the sitcom “The Middle” but one particular episode pretty much depicted how I feel once in a while.  Please see link and episode “Major Changes”.  http://abc.go.com/shows/the-middle
An article I found that was informative written by CareerPath.com at http://www.careerpath.com/career-advice/how-mothers-can-balance-work-and-family/
The article spoke about how to make things easier by letting others do their share.  I found that I was so obsessed with trying to get everything done that I was doing everything myself before anyone has a chance to help.  I also had to learn to accept that things are not perfect and may never be perfect but at least I didn’t have to do it all myself.
I feel that I have learned a lot and that finding Work, Life, Balance is a work in progress.
