Tommy Terrific Arrive Late for Game

Well it was a tale of two halves for Patriots all-world quarterback Tom Brady on Sunday Night Football.  Brady, and his Patriots looked sluggish early on but still went into the locker-room at halftime with a 13-9 lead.  Brady, who after connecting with long pass to Chad Ochocinco early in the game seemed to go into a funk. Frequently throwing balls wide and behind his receivers. However, something clicked in the second half and Brady lead his team down the field,  completing pass after pass on one of the best defensive backfields in the league. Brady finished the night 26/39 329yds with 3 Td's and zero int's.  Tight end Rob Gronkowski led the Patriots in receiving with 8 rec for 113yrds and 2 Td's. This was a statement game for the Pat's who have struggled mightily on the defensive side of the ball.  Rob Ninkovich and Andre Carter stepped up with huge games.  Ninkovich, who intercepted two passes, the second brought back for a touchdown looked good and Carter finally gave the Pats a much needed pass rush, finishing with 4 sacks.  Good overall performance by the Patriots on the road, who with the win move back into first place alone in the East.
